Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup banana, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the fruit by washing and cutting them into appropriate sizes for skewering.
  2. If using, mix honey and lime juice in a small bowl to create a light drizzle for the fruit.
  3. Take a skewer and start threading the fruit onto it, alternating between strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, pineapple chunks, and watermelon cubes.
  4. Continue until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at each end for easy handling.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining fruit and skewers.
  6. If desired, drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the assembled kabobs for added flavor.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving for a refreshing treat.
