Description

Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a delicious and crispy dessert filled with a creamy blueberry cheesecake mixture.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 package (12 ounces) wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and lemon juice until evenly distributed.
  3. Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal tightly.
  5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the wontons in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching. Spray the tops of the wontons with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry the wontons for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Check halfway through and shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
  9. Once cooked, remove the wontons from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
