Description
Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a delicious and crispy dessert filled with a creamy blueberry cheesecake mixture.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 package (12 ounces) wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and lemon juice until evenly distributed.
- Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the wontons in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching. Spray the tops of the wontons with cooking spray.
- Air fry the wontons for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Check halfway through and shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the wontons from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add mini chocolate chips to the cream cheese mixture.
- Try using other fruits like strawberries or raspberries for different flavor variations.
