Ingredients
- Greek yogurt

- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp sweet paprika (for butter drizzle)
- 8 oz cooked pasta (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic Yogurt
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Set aside.
- Cook the Spiced Beef
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté diced onions until soft.
- Add paprika, garlic powder, and cumin, stirring for a minute.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
