Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika (for butter drizzle)
  • 8 oz cooked pasta (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare the Garlic Yogurt
    • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Set aside.
  • Cook the Spiced Beef
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Sauté diced onions until soft.
    • Add paprika, garlic powder, and cumin, stirring for a minute.
    • Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
    • Stir in tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • Make the Paprika Butter Drizzle
    • Melt butter in a small pan over low heat.
    • Stir in paprika and let it bubble gently for 30 seconds before removing from heat.
  • Assemble the Dish
