Ingredients

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Stir in melted butter until the mixture is evenly moistened.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Freeze for 10 minutes while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Cheesecake Layer

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip until combined.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

3. Assemble the Layers

  • Evenly spread the apple pie filling over the cheesecake layer.
  • Top with the remaining Cool Whip, spreading it smoothly over the apples.

4. Chill and Serve

  • Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
