- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Pour the lemon butter mixture over the shrimp, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
