Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Place the pork strips in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the pork. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the pork strips for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the grilled pork strips garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges on the side.
