Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- 30 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Nutmeg, to taste
- 3 slices of bacon
- 6 slices of cheese (your choice of type)
- 3 additional slices of bread
- Sausage (hunting or any kind), sliced thinly (amount to taste)
- 100 grams of shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Cook the Bacon and Sausage
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Add the sliced sausage to the same skillet and cook until browned. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Cheese Sauce
