Ingredients

For the Baguette and Filling:

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 150 grams ham, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • Dill, chopped (to taste)
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded (to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Italian herbal blend (a sprinkle)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Baguette:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the top off the baguette lengthwise to create an opening.
  • Hollow out the inside of the baguette with a spoon, leaving a trench for the filling.

2. Prepare the Filling:

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, ham, bell pepper, onion, and dill. Mix well.
  • Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle the mixture with Italian herbal blend for extra flavor.

3. Assemble the Baguette:

  • Place the hollowed-out baguette on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
