Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, red onion, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until everything is well coated.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and add more sunflower seeds or nuts for added crunch.
