Ingredients
- 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup milk (whole, skim, or your choice)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups ice
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sugar, and ice.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if needed. Blend again briefly to mix.
- Pour the caramel frappe into tall glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
