- 7 chicken legs, cooked and shredded
- 2 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- Cottage cheese

- Lasagne noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Vegetable oil, for sautéing
- A bunch of parsley and dill, chopped

Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken Filling
- Heat a bit of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Season the chicken with salt, ground coriander, paprika, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for 3-5 minutes to let the flavors meld. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Prepare the Cheese Mixture
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese with two eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Add the chopped parsley and dill, stirring to combine.
3. Assemble the Lasagne
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a large baking dish with butter.
- Start layering: Add a layer of cooked lasagne noodles to the bottom of the dish. Spread a layer of chicken filling over the noodles. Add a layer of the cottage cheese mixture. Arrange slices of tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of lasagne noodles on top.
4. Add the Final Toppings
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top layer of noodles.
