Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. If using feta cheese, add it to the bowl as well.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour the lemon tahini dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring all ingredients are well coated.
