A perfect combination of grilled chicken, creamy ranch, spicy chipotle sauce, crunchy tortilla strips, and gooey melted cheese wrapped in a warm, golden tortilla. These burritos are quick, customizable, and packed with bold flavors, making them a go-to for dinner, meal prep, or entertaining.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 8 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes
  • 16 oz grilled chicken breast strips
  • 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz crunchy tortilla strips
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup creamy chipotle sauce

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients

  1. Shred the Cheese: Use a box grater to shred cheddar cheese or use pre-shredded for convenience.
  2. Chop Lettuce and Tomatoes: Wash and chop iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and dice fresh tomatoes.
  3. Arrange Your Workspace: Lay out all the ingredients for easy assembly.

Step 2: Assemble the Burritos

  1. Lay one large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Add the following to the center of the tortilla:
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup grilled chicken strips
    • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
    • 1 tablespoon creamy chipotle sauce
    • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
    • 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
    • 1/3 cup crunchy tortilla strips
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and tightly roll from one end, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Step 3: Grill the Burritos

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Place each burrito seam-side down in the skillet.
  3. Grill for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the skillet and serve warm.

Notes

  • Warm the Tortillas: Microwave tortillas for 10 seconds before assembling to make them pliable and easy to roll.
  • Serve Immediately: For the best flavor and texture, enjoy these burritos fresh off the grill.
  • Store Leftovers: Wrap in foil and refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for up to 2 months.
