Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
