Ingredients

- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, diced mango, banana, spinach (if using), almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until well mixed.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
