Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 ripe peach, pitted and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, chopped peach, banana, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
