Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz cremini or button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Chicken

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2. Sear the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Brown the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  • Transfer to a baking dish.

3. Cook the Mushrooms & Garlic

  • In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms until soft (about 5 minutes).
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Scatter mushrooms over the chicken in the baking dish.

4. Make the Creamy Caesar Sauce

  • In a bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Stir until smooth and well combined.

5. Assemble & Bake

  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.

6. Rest & Garnish

  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
