Creamy Cheesy Baked Cauliflower is a delicious and comforting dish that combines tender cauliflower florets with a rich and creamy cheese sauce, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until well blended.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the cauliflower evenly. Pour the cheese mixture over the cauliflower, ensuring all florets are coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
