Ingredients
- 2 heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until well blended.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with unsweetened almond milk.
- For added flavor, mix in cooked bacon bits or diced ham before baking.
