Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

This creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is one of my favorite pasta dishes! You can easily prepare this delicious recipe at home without going to a restaurant. Ingredients (Servings: 2):

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 6 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Water (for boiling pasta)
  • 200g fettuccine
  • Butter (for cooking)
  • ½ tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 350 ml cream
  • ½ cup milk

Tips:

  • If you leave out the parmesan cheese, add more salt to taste.
  • If you do not use butter, you can replace it with olive oil.

    • Chop the onion and slice the chicken breasts and mushrooms.
    • Grate the parmesan cheese and chop the garlic.
  2. Cook the Fettuccine:
    • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt.
    • Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken and Vegetables:
    • Warm the olive oil in a spacious skillet over medium-high heat.
