Description

A delicious and easy recipe for creamy garlic Parmesan lobster tails topped with Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (about 68 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and pour the creamy Alfredo sauce over the top, ensuring the lobster meat is well covered.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • For added flavor, sprinkle some red pepper flakes into the Alfredo sauce for a spicy kick.
