  • 1 tablespoon honey

For the Shell & Toppings:

  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • Sweet chili sauce, for topping
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken
    • In a bowl, mix the thinly sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
    • Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for deep flavor infusion.
  2. Crisp Up the Wonton Shells
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Drape wonton wrappers over the inverted cups of a muffin tin to create taco shell shapes.
    • Bake for 7-9 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Set aside to cool.
  3. Cook the Chicken
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the marinated chicken and sauté until fully cooked and caramelized.
  4. Prepare the Slaw
    • In a bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
    • Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Assemble the Tacos
    • Fill each crispy wonton shell with the cooked chicken.
    • Top with a spoonful of Asian slaw and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
    • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
    • Serve immediately for maximum crunch!

Notes
