Ingredients

Breading:
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup regular breadcrumbs (seasoned)
- 1 teaspoon mild paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking tray with cooking spray or a thin coat of oil to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a large bowl, whisk together egg, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
