Ingredients

Egg Mixture:

  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked pepper

Main Ingredient:

  • 28 ounces chicken tenders

Breading:

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup regular breadcrumbs (seasoned)
  • 1 teaspoon mild paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Lightly grease a baking tray with cooking spray or a thin coat of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together egg, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
    • Dip the chicken tenders into this mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them sit for 5 minutes.
  • Make the Breading Mixture:
    • In another bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, seasoned breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  • Bread the Chicken Tenders:
    • Remove chicken tenders from the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off.
    • Dredge the tenders in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure an even coating.

  • Bake the Tenders:
