Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cabbage
- Thinly slice the cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
- Gently squeeze the cabbage with your hands to soften it slightly.
Step 2: Make the Batter
- In a separate large bowl, combine flour, scallions, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Add the sliced cabbage and mix well to coat evenly in the batter.
Step 3: Cook the Fritters
