Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Crock Pot Pineapple Chicken Sandwiches that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix (optional)
  • Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
