Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 2 lbs frozen meatballs (fully cooked, beef, chicken, turkey, or veggie)
 - ¾ cup honey
 - 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
 - ½ cup ketchup
 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic)
 - ½ cup onion, diced
 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Optional Garnishes:
- Sliced green onions
 - Sesame seeds
 - Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker:
- Lightly grease the basin of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.

 - Add the Meatballs:
- Pour the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker. No need to thaw them; the slow cooker will heat them evenly.

 - Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, olive oil, minced garlic, diced onion, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

 - Combine Meatballs and Sauce:
- Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs in the slow cooker. Stir gently to coat all the meatballs with the sauce.

 - Cook the Meatballs:
- Cover and cook on high for 2.5–3 hours or on low for 4–6 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.

 - Garnish and Serve:
- Once cooked, give the meatballs a final stir to coat them fully in the sauce.
 - Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or chopped parsley for added flavor and presentation.
 - Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
- Use high-quality frozen meatballs for the best results, or make your own ahead of time.
 - Adjust the red pepper flakes for your preferred level of spice.
 - For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and stir it in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
 - The sauce works well with plant-based or gluten-free meatballs for dietary preferences.
