Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
