Instructions

1. Prepare the Shortbread Cookie Layer:

  • Spread the peppermint cheesecake mixture evenly over the cooled shortbread crust.

3. Prepare the Pudding Layer:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the white chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth.

4. Add the Cool Whip Topping:
