  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp creamy horseradish (optional)

Buttery Topping:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Au Jus Dipping Sauce:

  • 2 cups beef broth or stock
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for thickness)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 tsp roasted beef base (such as Better Than Bouillon)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ¼ tsp dried)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

    • Slice the slider rolls in half and lightly toast under the broiler for a crispier bite.
  • Build the Sliders
    • Spread horseradish mayo on both halves of the rolls.
    • Layer half of the cheese, all the roast beef, caramelized onions, and the remaining cheese.
    • Place the top buns over the filling.
  • Brush with Buttery Goodness
    • Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley.
    • Brush generously over the slider tops.
  • Bake Until Golden & Gooey
    • Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
    • Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
  • Prepare the Au Jus
    • In a saucepan, sauté garlic in butter, stir in flour (if using), then whisk in broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
    • Simmer for 10 minutes, strain, and serve warm.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
    • Slice sliders and serve with warm au jus for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, toast the buns before assembling.
  • For an extra cheesy slider, add a second layer of cheese on top of the roast beef.
  • For a spicier kick, mix hot sauce or extra horseradish into the mayo.
  • For meal prep, assemble sliders ahead of time and bake fresh when needed.
