Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, French onion dip, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese into the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, followed by the French fried onions.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
