Ingredients

  • 1 pint of grape tomatoes
  • 8 ounces of mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic reduction
  • 1 tablespoon of high-quality olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
  • 12 bamboo skewers (6 inches)

Instructions

  1. Wash the grape tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly, then gently dry them with a paper towel.
  2. Take a bamboo skewer and pierce a grape tomato.
