Ingredients
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes
- 8 ounces of mini mozzarella balls
- 1 bunch of fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic reduction
- 1 tablespoon of high-quality olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
- 12 bamboo skewers (6 inches)
Instructions
- Wash the grape tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly, then gently dry them with a paper towel.
- Take a bamboo skewer and pierce a grape tomato.
- Add a fresh basil leaf onto the skewer.
- Follow with a mini mozzarella ball.
- Continue this sequence until the skewer is filled, leaving space at both ends for easy handling.
- Once all skewers are assembled, drizzle them lightly with olive oil and balsamic reduction.
- Season generously with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper.
- Arrange the skewers on a decorative platter and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
