Ingredients

  • 5 cucumbers, sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • Fresh herbs (dill, cilantro), to taste, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Chili pepper, finely chopped or in flakes, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables

    • Slice the cucumbers and place them in a large salad bowl.
    • Chop the tomatoes and bell peppers, then add them to the bowl.
    • Grate the carrot and add it to the bowl.
    • Chop the green onions and fresh herbs (dill and cilantro) and mix them in with the vegetables.
    • Add the minced garlic to the bowl for extra flavor.
  2. Make the Dressing

    • In a small bowl, combine the vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt, paprika, and chili pepper to taste.
    • Whisk the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
