Description
Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a delicious and refreshing treat that combines creamy Greek yogurt with peanut butter, honey, and optional mix-ins like granola and chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- If using, fold in the granola and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bite-sized mounds.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the bites are firm.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or zip-top bag and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, use chocolate Greek yogurt instead of plain.
- Substitute almond butter or sunflower seed butter for a different flavor profile or to accommodate nut allergies.
