Description

Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a delicious and refreshing treat that combines creamy Greek yogurt with peanut butter, honey, and optional mix-ins like granola and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granola (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. If using, fold in the granola and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bite-sized mounds.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the bites are firm.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or zip-top bag and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, use chocolate Greek yogurt instead of plain.
  • Substitute almond butter or sunflower seed butter for a different flavor profile or to accommodate nut allergies.
