Ingredients
For the Chicken:

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
- 300 g (10 oz) penne, fettuccine, or pasta of choice
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken:
- Season chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Combine Pasta and Sauce:
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it in the creamy sauce. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve and Enjoy:
- Plate the creamy pasta and top with the garlic butter chicken. Garnish with extra parsley and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for the richest flavor.
- Don’t overcook the chicken—it should be juicy and tender.
- Let the sauce simmer to thicken naturally. If needed, reserve some pasta water to add back into the sauce if it gets too thick.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother, richer sauce.
