Description

Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread is a savory, cheesy pull-apart bread that combines buttery garlic goodness with rich Parmesan flavor. Perfect for parties, family dinners, or cozy nights in, this crowd-pleaser is easy to make and even easier to love.

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated biscuit dough – 2 cans (16.3 oz each)
  • Unsalted butter, melted – 1/2 cup (1 stick)
  • Garlic, minced – 4 cloves
  • Parmesan cheese, grated – 1/2 cup
  • Fresh parsley, chopped – 1/4 cup
  • Dried oregano – 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
  • Prepare Butter Mixture: In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  • Cut Dough: Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters for easy layering.
  • Coat Dough Pieces: Toss the dough pieces in a large bowl with the butter mixture until evenly coated.
  • Add Cheese and Herbs: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley over the coated dough. Mix gently to distribute evenly.
  • Assemble in Pan: Layer the coated dough pieces into the prepared bundt pan, sprinkling any extra cheese and herbs between layers.
  • Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm for best flavor.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce, creamy soups, or alongside pasta and roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
