Ingredients

- 100 g breadcrumbs

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bread Mixture
- Soak the slices of stale bread in milk until fully softened.
- Squeeze out the excess milk and crumble the bread into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: Make the Meat Mixture
- Add the minced meat, chopped onion, grated carrot, salt, black pepper, egg, and chopped parsley to the bread mixture.

Step 3: Form the Patties
