Ingredients
- 2 ripe pineapples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch thick rings
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup honey (optional, for drizzling)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, melted butter, and salt until well combined.
- Brush both sides of the pineapple rings with the sugar mixture.
- Place the pineapple rings on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the pineapple is tender.
