Ingredients
- 2 tubes crescent dough sheets
- 1 lb. deli-sliced ham
- 8 cheddar cheese sticks
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ Tbsp dried minced onion or onion powder
- ½ Tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent dough sheets and cut each into 4 rectangles, making 8 pieces in total.
- Lay 1–2 slices of ham on each rectangle, covering the dough evenly.
- Place a cheddar cheese stick on top of the ham.
- Roll each rectangle from the short end into a log, ensuring the edges are tightly sealed.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried minced onion, and poppy seeds.
- Brush the butter glaze generously over the top of each roll.
- Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle shredded cheese on top before baking.
- Seal the edges of the dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking out during baking.
- These rolls can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
