- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1 egg
- 200 ml milk
- 40 g olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
For the Filling

- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- Fresh dill, chopped (to taste)
For the Topping
- 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
- Black cumin seeds (to taste)
- Sesame seeds (to taste)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and dry yeast. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, olive oil, and salt until fully combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
2. Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, combine grated cheese, feta cheese, diced red and green peppers, and fresh dill.
- Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
3. Assemble the Stuffed Bread
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions (about the size of a tennis ball).
- Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten it into a disk.
- Place a generous spoonful of filling in the center of each disk.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a stuffed ball.
4. Add the Toppings
- Arrange the stuffed balls seam-side down on the prepared baking tray.
- Beat the egg yolk in a small bowl and brush it over the tops of the dough balls.
- Sprinkle black cumin seeds and sesame seeds over the tops for added flavor and texture.
5. Bake
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and fully cooked.
6. Serve
