Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Batter:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
- Alternately add the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the butter mixture, mixing gently.
- Fold in hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake the Brownie Bread:
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Add the Fudge Topping:
- Drizzle the warm hot fudge sauce over the cooled bread.
- Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and nuts if desired.
