Ingredients
- 1 loaf of white bread
- 40 grams of butter
- 300 grams of salami sausage
- 2 tomatoes
- 30 grams of olives
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese (grated)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the loaf of white bread into even slices, about 1 cm thick.
- Cut the salami sausage into thin slices.
- Slice the tomatoes into rounds and chop the olives.
- Grate the mozzarella cheese for a gooey filling.
2. Make the Egg Mixture:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly.
- Add a pinch of salt to taste.
3. Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Lay out the bread slices on a clean surface.
- Spread a small amount of butter on one side of each slice.
- On the non-buttered side of half the slices, layer the salami, tomato rounds, chopped olives, and grated mozzarella cheese.
