Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Cook the Beef Mixture

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain any excess fat, then stir in cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, stirring until well combined. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Assemble the Bites

  1. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  2. Cut each triangle in half to create 16 smaller triangles.
  3. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each triangle.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal the bite-sized pockets.

Step 4: Bake to Golden Perfection

  1. Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Brush the tops with melted butter for extra flavor and crispiness.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Assemble the bites ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Spice it up: Add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes to the beef mixture for extra heat.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to maintain crispiness.
