Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Extra Caesar dressing for drizzling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- During the last minute of cooking, place the hamburger buns cut-side down on the grill or skillet to toast lightly.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun, topping with chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of extra Caesar dressing.
- Serve immediately.
