Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Pork
- Place the thinly sliced pork in a large zip-top bag or bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix gochujang, garlic, ginger, onion, pear, apple, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, green onions, and black pepper.
