Ingredients

- 45ml sweet chili sauce
- 45ml soy sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken
- Season the thinly sliced chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
3. Stir Fry the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add more vegetable oil if needed.
- Add the julienned carrot, thinly sliced onion, and bell pepper.

- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables.
