Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and salt, mixing until incorporated. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
