Description
A playful and colorful twist on the classic Rice Krispie treat, made with the iconic Lucky Charms cereal. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any festive gathering!
Ingredients
- 30 mini pretzels (square, round, or classic twist)
- 30 Rolo candies
- ½ cup melting chocolate or candy wafers (white, dark, or green)
- St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles (gold, green, rainbow, or shamrocks)

Prepare the Pretzel Base:
Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange half of the pretzels on the baking sheet and top each with a Rolo candy. -
Melt and Press:
Bake for 3 minutes, just until the Rolos soften. Remove from the oven and gently press another pretzel on top to create a sandwich. Let them cool for at least 30 minutes to set. -
Dip and Decorate:
Melt the chocolate or candy wafers in the microwave, stirring in 20-second intervals. Dip one side of each pretzel bite into the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with festive St. Patrick’s Day decorations. -
Let Them Set:
Allow the bites to harden at room temperature for 10 minutes or refrigerate for faster setting. Once set, serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Refrigerating may make them firmer.
