Ingredients
For the Rolo Pretzel Bites
- 30 mini pretzels (square, round, or classic twist)
- 30 Rolo candies
- ½ cup melting chocolate or candy wafers (white, dark, or green)
- St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles (gold, green, rainbow, or shamrocks)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Pretzels and Rolos
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange half of the pretzels on the sheet and place a Rolo candy on top of each one.
2. Melt and Press
- Bake for 3 minutes, just until the Rolos are softened (not fully melted).
- Remove from the oven and gently press another pretzel on top to create a sandwich.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes to set.
3. Dip and Decorate
- Melt chocolate or candy wafers in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Dip one side of each pretzel bite into the melted chocolate.
- Immediately sprinkle with festive sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
4. Let Them Set and Serve
- Allow the bites to set at room temperature for 10 minutes or refrigerate for a quicker set.
