Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Do not stir.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour this mixture evenly over the batter in the baking dish. Again, do not stir.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
