Ingredients

For the Marinade:

- Sesame oil: 2 tbsp
- Low-sodium soy sauce: ½ cup
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice (from 1 lemon): 2 tbsp
- Honey or maple syrup: ½ cup
- Garlic (minced): 8 cloves
- Fresh rosemary twigs: 3
- Freshly ground black pepper: 1 tsp
- Kosher salt: 4 tsp
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade
- Combine olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, rosemary, black pepper, and salt in a bowl or large Ziplock bag. Mix well.
- Marinate the Turkey
- Place turkey breast in the marinade, ensuring full coverage.
- Seal and refrigerate for 12–24 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Use a snug baking dish to prevent marinade evaporation.
- Roast the Turkey
- Place the marinated turkey breast in the baking dish, pouring remaining marinade over it.
- Roast uncovered for 1–1½ hours, checking for an internal temperature of 160°F (it will rise to 165°F during resting).
- Baste Regularly
- Baste with pan juices every 20 minutes to keep the turkey moist and enhance browning.
- Optional Broiling
- For extra browning, broil for 2–3 minutes when the turkey reaches ~150°F. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Rest and Serve
- Transfer turkey to a platter and let it rest for 5 minutes before carving.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve with pan juices.
