  • 3 cups cantaloupe, diced
  • 3 cups honeydew melon, diced
  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and watermelon. Gently toss the melons together to mix them evenly.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
